Who we are

Relationships At Peace (R.A.P.) is the online relationship community at relationshipsatpeace.com and is part of R.A.P. Cultura. This notice explains how information is handled through our community, member profiles, R.A.P. Chat, forms, and store. For privacy questions or requests, use the Contact page and identify your message as a privacy request.

Information you provide

Account information includes the email address and account details used to register or sign in. Community information includes your username, profile photo, biography, relationship status, posts, comments, Likes, follows, reports, and participation records used for R.A.P. XP. Optional profile details include birthdate, gender, city, state or province, country, and social links. We also receive the information you submit in contact and newsletter forms. Store orders may require customer contact, billing, shipping, payment, and order information. Payment information is processed by the payment service presented at checkout.

Public profiles and conversations

A public username, profile image, biography, relationship status, and the age, gender, general location, and social links you choose to publish can be visible to others. Your full birthdate is not displayed as a public profile field; it is used to calculate age. Member search requires sign-in, but this does not make public profiles or public posts confidential. Main-community posts can be read by site visitors. Group content follows the group’s visibility and membership settings. Use a username if you prefer, and avoid posting identifying details about yourself or another person that you do not want shared. Other people may copy, share, or screenshot public content.

R.A.P. Chat

Direct and group chat messages are made available to the conversation’s participants. Messages are stored to provide the chat service and may be accessible to authorized administrators through administrative systems for support, operation, and safety. A private chat is not a guarantee of anonymity or end-to-end encryption.

Location suggestions

If you choose Use my area and grant your browser permission, the profile editor uses device location in your browser to suggest a nearby city, region, and country. This feature saves only the place selections you confirm; it does not store GPS coordinates or a street address in your public profile. You can decline permission, use the location dropdowns, or leave location blank. A merchandise order may separately require a shipping address.

Automatic information and cookies

Wix and connected services can process information such as IP address, browser and device details, security events, page activity, and cookies or similar storage. Essential technologies support security, account sessions, consent choices, and requested services. Optional functional, analytics, advertising, and third-party data-transfer choices are managed through Cookie settings. Our Cookie Policy explains these categories and how to change your choices.

How information is used

We use information to provide accounts and community features, display information you choose to publish, calculate age and participation recognition, deliver messages and service notifications, respond to requests, moderate content, prevent abuse, process orders, and meet applicable obligations. Newsletter and promotional email preferences are separate from account and service notifications. Where consent is required for optional processing, you can withdraw it through the relevant settings or by contacting us. Where applicable, processing may also be needed to provide the service you request or for legitimate interests such as security, support, and community moderation.

Who receives information

Information is handled by Wix and the service providers needed to host and operate the website, accounts, chat, forms, email, payments, and order fulfillment. Other members and visitors receive the information you make public or send to them. External social platforms receive information when you follow their links, under their own policies. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, abuse, or a legal claim. We do not offer community member records for sale to data brokers. Optional advertising or third-party technologies, when enabled, may involve disclosures covered by privacy laws; use Cookie settings and Contact to exercise applicable choices.

Retention and security

Account records, content, messages, and order information are kept to operate the service and for appropriate support, security, accounting, and legal purposes. Retention varies by the type and purpose of the record. Removing content from a feed can hide it from normal display while an administrative record remains. Request account or data deletion through Contact; applicable legal records and limited backup or security records may need to be retained. We use website access controls and HTTPS, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can edit optional profile details and social links, change notification preferences, manage cookie choices, and unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link provided. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising. Send a request through Contact using your account email when possible. We may need to verify account ownership before disclosing or deleting information. Do not send a password, payment card details, or government ID through the contact form. Applicable rights and response requirements will be honored without unlawful discrimination. You may also complain to the relevant privacy authority.

International handling

R.A.P. can be accessed internationally. Wix and other providers may handle information in countries other than the one where you live. Adults only and policy updates

R.A.P. membership and community participation are for people aged 18 and older. If you believe an underage person has provided personal information or is using a member account, contact us so the account and information can be reviewed. We may update this notice as the service changes. The updated date identifies the latest version; material changes will be communicated as required.
