Using R.A.P.

These terms apply to the Relationships At Peace website and community, part of R.A.P. Cultura. Use the Contact page for questions about these terms. R.A.P. membership and community participation are for adults aged 18 or older. You must be eligible to use the service under the laws that apply to you and provide accurate account and eligibility information. Joining the community is free; merchandise and other clearly identified paid offerings are separate.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure, use an account you are authorized to access, and let us know if it may have been compromised. You can use a public username, but must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your age. Account approval, suspension, and removal are subject to the community rules and applicable law.

Community rules

Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten, bully, discriminate, publish someone’s private information without permission, share unlawful or exploitative content, infringe intellectual-property rights, spam, scam, or interfere with the site. Do not solicit sexual contact from minors. Main-community posts are shared with the community; groups are optional and may have additional rules or access restrictions. Do not present a relationship-status color as proof of another person’s identity, conduct, or intentions.

Advice and personal decisions

Members share their own experiences and opinions. R.A.P. does not guarantee that advice is accurate, suitable, or provided by a qualified professional. Community advice is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or other specialized advice. The website is not an emergency service. Make your own decisions about conversations, relationships, and meeting people.

Your content

You remain responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to share it. You give R.A.P. the limited rights needed to host, display, transmit, format, and moderate that content in connection with the service. Posting does not by itself authorize us to use your identifiable story, name, or image in apparel, a podcast, or a separate promotion; any such use requires an appropriate separate basis or permission. Public content may be shared or copied by others. R.A.P. Chat content is shared with its participants and is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Moderation and reports

We may review, limit, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate the rules, create safety or legal concerns, or disrupt the service. Moderation is not a promise that every item is reviewed before it appears. Use available reporting tools or Contact, including a link to the relevant content. For a copyright complaint, identify the work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your relationship to the rights owner, and a way to contact you. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in a report. Applicable review and appeal rights remain available.

R.A.P. XP and recognition

Qualifying posts, comments, and first eligible R.A.P. Likes received contribute to R.A.P. XP. Tiers and milestones can also require verified active days. Recognition is a community feature, has no cash value, and is not transferable. Repeat Likes do not create repeat XP awards. We may correct errors, remove credit for ineligible activity, and update the rules without taking away rights protected by law.

Merchandise and orders

Product descriptions, available delivery locations, prices, taxes, shipping charges, and payment terms are presented with the product or at checkout. Review them before ordering. Order confirmations and the applicable product and checkout policies govern fulfillment, cancellations, and returns, alongside mandatory consumer rights. Contact us about an order, a damaged item, or a return request. These terms do not exclude a refund, cancellation, warranty, or other remedy required by applicable law.

External services and availability

Links to social platforms and external services are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms. We do not control their content or privacy practices. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. We will use reasonable care in operating the service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or every member’s conduct.

Legal rights, changes, and contact

Responsibility for losses and remedies is determined by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer and privacy rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms and will communicate material changes when required. The updated date identifies the current version. Use Contact for account closure, content concerns, policy questions, or applicable requests.
